Camera

Went Sentosa with Adel and Kym yesterday.. It was super cloudy and it started to drizzle after 3.30pm.. So moved to Km8 to relax instead.. Didn't get much sun as we wanted too but it was very relaxing.. Quiet beach, cooling breeze, Tiger Beer and good company..

I am begining to like Sentosa on weekdays.. Weekend Sentosa is like a messy weekend market.. Noisy kids and people, balls flying, people running, no empty beach chairs blah blah blah.. Not forgeting the trip in during weekends, people squeezing to go in and in the evening, everyone squeezing to get out..

There only one thing boring about weekday Sentosa.. No bikini babes to lust on..

Can't take any photos till one week later... Send my good old Cannon Ixus 40 for repair.. Hopefully it will be done soon cos I wanna take photos..

About the Customer Service Officer at Cannon Service Center, the guy who serve me is bad.. When it was my turn I sat down and had to tell him that I want to repair my camera. He just sat there and wait for me to pass him my camera without uttering one single word.. Not even a simple greeting..

He took my camera, press here and there with it, check this and that.. "The LCD is spoilt." Duh.. Like I don't know, that why I'm there right.. And after which I had to ask him questions like when will I get it back and how much it will cost.. Shouldn't he be the one telling it to me instead of me asking..

Anyway.. Don't want to complain much about it now.. I just want my camera back to take photos.

Dive Trip 14th July 2006 to 16th July 2006

Yeah.. Am an Advance Open Water Diver! Woohoo... Well.. Learn alot more things compared to my dive last year, but it was 10 times more tiring compared to the previous one. Diving on a boat not design for diving, boat was meant for 6 people max but 12 people were onboard diving. All trying to rig up at the same time while the boat is still rocking here and there is not a good experience..

But overall the trip was good.. Looking forward to go for leisure dive soon.. Hopefully before the monsoon starts..

Didn't really take many photos like some did cos was too tired and I was wet most of the time...

1st Dive, Peak Buoyancy Control.. Didn't hover like we should but good enuff..

2nd Dive, Navigation.. Managed to find our way back.. Haha..

3rd Dive, Drift Dive.. No current to drift.. Did a short leisure dive instead and launching of SMB. Good Dive...

4th Dive, Night Dive.. Fun.. Very fun.. Very different things to see..

Next Day...

5th Dive, Deep Dive.. Water too murky, current too strong, missed dive site.. Went to 40 meters.. Haha, exceeded our limit of 30 meters.. Most exciting dive of all..

6th Dive, Leisure Dive.. Finished my course le so leisure dive.. But dive for 10 mins come out le.. Serene's fins broke..

Hmm.. Been sometime since I last update on things.. Well.. If you are interested to know, I failed my Strategic Management.. Got to extend my course of studies for another 3 months.. This sux to the max.. And I mean MAX...

Anyway, during this period of time I've worked in a new company but resigned after one week cos I didn't like the telesales part of the job. I totally sux at telesales.. I mean occationally do cold calls okay lah.. But 100% cold calls is so sucky.. I hate people calling me and asking me to do this and that or to attend this or that.. So they still want me to call people ask them attend course.. Hai.. It's not my cup of tea..

So now still job hunting.. Wish me luck..

Also, went Hong Kong for 3 days to attend a relative's wedding. It was good but the trip was way too rush. Everyday rushing for meals.. This relative treat lah, that relative treat lah.. Till I got no time and chance to eat my long awaited egg tart, beef noodles and HK style breakfast.. And most importantly.. No time to buy things at all..

Bus Ride

Below is something I saw while on a bus to Tampines Interchange and is never meant to be rude or racist in anyway;

Me: Board bus and moves to the backdoor area cos no seats le..

Bus pulls up at the next stop.

Aunt siting beside 4 years old boy: Stands up and alight.

4 years old boy: Shifts in to the window seat and looks out.

Indian lady: Boards bus and sat down at the empty seat beside the 4 year old boy.

Bus Moves off from bus stop.

4 years old boy: Eek! *looks at indian lady for 3 seconds

4 years old boy: *reach out and points at indian lady's temple. Eh! Why your head there got red dot de.

Me: Almost laugh aloud. *acts nothing happened

Dad siting one sit behind: *grabs boy's hand before he could touch indian lady. Boy! Cannot like tat!

4 years old boy: Daddy, why her there got dot de. *reach out his hand again to point at the red dot again.

Dad siting one sit behind: *grabs boy's hand again before he could touch indian lady. Boy! Cannot do tat!

Indian lady: Smiles...

4 years old boy: *con't to look at indian lady's temple.

4 years old boy: Is it you press the dot then you got power.

4 years old boy: *presses his own temple and made sound. Tiu tiu... Tiu tiu...

4 years old boy: *con'ts for a while and then bounced here and there at his seat.

Indian lady: looks at boy and smiles.

Indian Lady: *mumbles, I am close to 40 years old.

4 years old: *says aloud , Wah you 40 years old le ah!!

Me: Moves right to the back if case I burst out laughing..
